SEPTA Passenger Chokes Out Bus Driver

Philadelphia Septa bus riders have officially loss their minds. Yet again the police have been called to a septa bus to handle a dispute between a passenger and a bus driver outside the Fox 29 Studios. The report states that a man entered the bus and attempted to choke the driver, passengers soon helped  wrestle the man off of the victim. The police arrived with fire arms and obtained the man. No details have been released on the identity of the man or why he attacked the driver.
