Tweets are flying that well known rapper Lil Wayne has been hospitalized.  You might remember Wayne was rushed to the hospital in August after a skate boarding accident. TMZ is reporting that he had “seizure-like symptoms on a private jet.” We are working to confirm. We will update you with more information as soon as possible.
