Could we be imagining things? We hope not. According to a news report out of Dallas, word is the NBA D-League’s Texas Legends are reportedly trying to sing Allen Iverson to a deal. The Legends are the Dallas Mavericks D-League affiliate. Although AI hasn’t played in the NBA in years he would have some good help on the squad as well. The Texas Legends are also signing Delonte West to the team.
The combination of Allen Iverson and Delonte West on the same squad could be huge for the Legends and basketball fans.
